BDA is hiring a Sales Manager for Promotional Products & Branded Merchandise in the Atlanta area. You will lead 8–10 Account Managers, coach them to achieve revenue, activity, and pipeline targets, and expand relationships with existing customers.

You will manage day-to-day operations, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, and partner with cross‑functional teams. The role offers a hybrid in‑office schedule with commutable offices in GA and beyond, and a base salary range with strong commission

Formación

• 3–5 years diversified experience in sales and sales operations.
• 1–2 years of management experience, preferably leading sales or account management teams.
• Track record of driving account growth, increasing sales and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, margins and profitability analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, including with C‑suite executives.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Gong, Front, Apollo, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8–10 Account Managers to hit revenue, activity and pipeline targets.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews; provide coaching.
• Serve as escalation point for day‑to‑day questions and client scenarios.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment with accountability.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent for the account team.
• Support strategic deals and complex opportunities when needed.
• Network at industry events to identify new business opportunities.
• Balance new business with growth of existing accounts.
