Job summary

HCSC is seeking a customer service professional to drive growth by renewing and selling products to existing customers. The role requires understanding client needs and providing support, while interfacing with producer teams to meet retention targets.

The position is a hybrid role with three days in office and two remote. Compensation ranges from $45,400 to $68,400, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain State Insurance License within 90 days.
• 2 years of customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment, or college degree.
• PC proficiency or data entry experience.
• Customer service oriented with skills to evaluate customer situations, make decisions and respond quickly to questions.
• Detail oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate renewals and sell products/services to existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide customer support.
• Interface with customer group representatives or producers.
• Meet departmental retention goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
