Job summary

HULL SHIELD® is seeking a Sales Executive for Pleasure Craft & Yachts, based in Annapolis, MD, with hybrid work options. You will identify and acquire new clients, nurture relationships with existing accounts, and drive sales targets in the maritime antifouling market.

Responsibilities include market research, preparing persuasive presentations, negotiating contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service while staying current on industry trends and antifouling technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the maritime industry and antifouling technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (not necessary, based on industry experience and past results).
• Strong technical knowledge of systems and vessels in the respective position.
