Job summary

ASK Consulting is seeking a HYBRID Sales Enablement Trainer for roles in Atlanta and San Diego. The position focuses on partnering with sales leadership to onboard, coach, and train the sales team on programs, tools, content, and product messaging.

The role involves coordinating with R&D and Product Marketing to align content with new features and competitive positioning. You will test and certify trainees after onboarding, build sales messaging, and support launches while leading content

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating trainings and delivering presentations.
• Experience with sales strategies and sales processes.
• Ability to influence and lead without organizational authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales management to implement sales programs including onboarding and training.
• Coordinate training content with R&D and Product Marketing for product launches.
• Test and certify sales teams after training completion.
• Create and deploy content, messaging, tools and processes for the sales force.
• Support product launches by enabling the sales force to understand and sell solutions.
• Develop foundational and continuous learning programs, including scheduling and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, L&D, Sales Ops).
