Sugarwish is seeking a Sales Coordinator to operate hybrid from Englewood, CO, handling on-floor order checks, branding quality control, and client communications. You will support Gift Concierges, run Reply.io outreach, and ensure orders stay on track during peak season.

After holidays, the role expands to year-round white-glove support, collaborating with the Happiness Squad and corporate clients to keep orders accurate and on schedule.

Competenze

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience handling client communications and order coordination.
• Ability to learn multiple software tools quickly.
• Comfortable interacting with clients over phone, email, and chat.
• Familiarity with CRM and data cleanup processes.

Mansioni

• Be the boots on the ground: check orders on the fulfillment floor and return updates the same day.
• Own quality control on branded goods and proof items before production.
• Draft and send follow-ups, manage campaign replies, and schedule client calls.
• Coordinate with Happiness Squad on white glove needs and ensure seamless client service.
• Troubleshoot order problems end to end and document root causes for fixes.
