You will process orders, relay tracking information, verify product availability, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments. The role emphasizes teamwork and adaptability to evolving processes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Minimum of three years in customer service.
• CTS certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Audio/Video/Technology industries is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders accurately, confirm status and product availability.
• Coordinate with internal departments to release, process and fulfill orders.
• Confirm accounts and payment terms, process credit card payments.
• Respond to customer requests via email and phone, provide lead times and tracking.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
• Keep up to date technically and meet team goals; report to designated workstation.
