Job summary

Golden Touch is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales manager by managing order execution, maintaining accurate product and order data, and coordinating communication across internal departments and external partners in a fast-paced wholesale apparel environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years wholesale apparel or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration are required.
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems such as AS400 or OneWorldSync is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process bulking orders and prepare order recaps for buyers.
• Prepare and maintain buysheets and coordinate with planning, production, and merchandising teams.
• Enter and revise orders including cost, delivery dates, quantities, account details, and PO splits.
• Send purchase orders to Order Entry and follow up to ensure accurate processing.
• Review Orders Entered reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with overseas teams to resolve delivery issues and track open orders.
