Job summary

AmTote International, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Client Services team from initial inquiries to contract execution. Hybrid work arrangement at the Hunt Valley, MD office, with occasional in-office presence as needed.

The role involves coordinating CRM data, drafting proposals and amendments, and ensuring accurate client information flows to Sales, Legal, Operations and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the sales cycle from lead to close.
• Ability to draft proposals and client communications.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and CRM data management.
• Collaborates with Sales, Legal, Operations and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Supports Sales & Client Services in all stages of the sales cycle and maintains knowledge of engagements.
• Builds professional relationships with primary points of contact for customers.
• Gathers information and drafts quotes, contracts, and amendments.
• Uses CRM (D365) for data entry, billing notifications, leads tracking and status reporting.
• Prepares implementation paperwork and tracks work requests from inception to closure.
• Assists with proposals, visuals, and presentation decks for Sales.
• Supports customer communication campaigns and internal meetings for updates.
• Drafts final contracts/amendments for review by Sales/Legal.
• Manages and stores digital customer documents for sharing with team.
• Provides billing instructions to Finance and assists with invoicing.
