Job summary

1/ST Technology is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales & Client Services team, handling quotes, proposals, and customer communications. The role acts as a liaison across Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate data flow and timely contract amendments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a Sales team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software (One Drive, Google Docs).
• Effective communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to foster and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supports Sales & Client Services in all stages of the sales cycle.
• Creates professional relationships with primary points of contact for customers.
• Builds familiarity with operational aspects of customers’ enterprises.
• Uses CRM (D365) for data entry, billing notifications, leads tracking, and status reporting.
• Prepares customer quotes and implementation paperwork, and creates CRM entries.
