Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales commissions, sales operations, finance, or compensation analysis.
• Experience preparing commission calculations or incentive compensation reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate commission calculations for internal sales teams.
• Maintain and publish the annual commission calendar.
• Audit commission calculations for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare summary reports on commission trends and payout analysis.
