Job summary

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a Sales Analyst, Premier Market, to support the Group Benefits Sales team for the 2-1999 lives market segment. You will manage RFPs, analyze opportunities, coordinate proposal development, and negotiate with internal partners to drive growth while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

1-3 years of Group Insurance or Group Benefits experience.
Experience processing Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
Knowledge of Group Insurance products and services.
Knowledge of underwriting principles and practices.
Demonstrated success servicing customers, producers, assistants, brokers, and planholders.
Experience coordinating quote development and new business submissions.
Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support sales opportunities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, Salesforce, CPS, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, Access, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Manage RFP and new business submission processes.
Analyze opportunities and coordinate proposal development.
