Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a Sales Analyst, Premier Markets to support Sales Representatives and Client Management in Group Benefits. You will manage RFPs, coordinate quotes, and assist with new business submissions while partnering with internal stakeholders to drive growth and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in Group Benefits, strong Excel/CRM skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with brokers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting RFP processes, proposal management or new business submissions.
• Knowledge of Group Benefits products and services.
• Understanding of underwriting principles and practices.
• Experience servicing brokers, producers, clients, or other external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFP inventory, quote requests, and new business submissions for Premier Market activity.
• Coordinate information gathering to support underwriting and proposal development.
• Collaborate with Rating, Quoting, Underwriting, Client Management, and Sales teams to deliver proposals on time.
• Analyze opportunities and recommend plan design, benefit and pricing alternatives.
