Job summary

Life Link III, a premier air medical transport provider, seeks a Safety & Occupational Health Manager (SOHM) to oversee employee safety and health programs across locations, including the Shoreview office. The role partners with Compliance & Safety and Human Resources to ensure regulatory compliance and a Just Culture environment.

You will manage OSHA compliance, health screenings, training, and incident investigations while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and local safety laws.
• Experience with audits, investigations, and regulatory inspections.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training delivery skills.
• Ability to influence safety culture across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in data to drive safety-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety policies, procedures, and programs across Life Link III locations.
• Support SMS, PPE programs, hazardous materials and waste management.
• Coordinate safety training and maintain documentation such as health screenings and immunizations.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify root causes.
• Prepare reports and track safety metrics for leadership review.
