Target is seeking a Sr Manager Safety & Compliance in Minnesota to lead safety program compliance, reduce injury risk, and support a safety culture across stores and supply chain. The role requires delivering safety solutions and partnering with multiple departments to ensure standards are embedded in processes.

The position operates under a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day arrangement, with core onsite presence at Target HQ MN on Tue–Thu and virtual work other days.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree B.A./B.S in engineering, safety, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Safety (CSP) or related professional certification/s.
• Direct or indirect proven Safety leadership.
• Ability to influence and direct partners and leadership.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven knowledge and use of Microsoft products.
