Job summary

Target Corp in Minneapolis, MN seeks Sr Manager Safety & Compliance to ensure program compliance with regulations and reduce injuries, supporting a safety culture across stores and supply chain. You will provide safety expertise on cross-functional teams to deliver safe processes, engineering and ergonomic solutions, establishing measures and communicating with management.

The role partners with Compliance, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental teams and represents Target at OSHA events; hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety or related field.
• CSP or related safety certification preferred.
• Experience leading safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program compliance with regulations and reduce injury risk.
• Provide safety expertise on cross-functional teams to deliver safe processes, engineering and ergonomic solutions.
• Establish measures to assess safety performance and report to management.
• Represent Target in OSHA events and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with Industrial Hygiene, Environmental and Field Compliance teams.
