EMR Group is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and strengthen EMR’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) program across multiple facilities in Minnesota. You will ensure regulatory compliance, promote employee well-being, and build a strong safety culture, working with regional leadership and site managers.

The role requires experience in industrial environments, CSP certification preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50% to oversee regional sites.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee regional safety and health initiatives and policies as part of EMR’s SHE program.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local health and safety regulations.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and job observations to identify hazards and prevent workplace injuries.
• Coordinate safety onboarding for new employees and provide ongoing safety training and guidance to employees and site managers.
• Support incident investigations, identify root causes, and develop preventative strategies.
• Monitor safety performance and maintain required documentation.
