Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist our growing client portfolio. You will work directly with customers to answer questions, resolve platform issues, and ensure success with the Profitero platform.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data handling, and clear communication. This is a hybrid role based in the Boston area with onsite engagement 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional technical support or customer success experience in SaaS/tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Data analytics preferred; experience may substitute.
• Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Zendesk queue and action tickets promptly.
• Receive, synthesize, and resolve technical issues for clients.
• Work with customers to understand and resolve complex platform issues.
• Guide clients on Profitero data maintenance processes and platform usage.
• Validate and categorize client data and map to client systems.
