Job summary

Profitero+ is seeking a Technical Support Associate in Boston to support a growing portfolio of clients on the Profitero platform. This client-facing role involves answering questions, addressing technical issues, and guiding customers to maximize platform value.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of SaaS technical support or data-entry experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with external clients.

Qualifications

1+ year of professional technical support or data-entry experience in SaaS.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data and analytics, or IT preferred.
Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing systems.
Strong Excel and data management skills; ability to troubleshoot data accuracy issues.
Clear verbal and written communication with external clients.

Responsibilities

Monitor Zendesk queue and action tickets promptly.
Receive, synthesize, and resolve technical issues from clients.
Work with customers to understand and resolve complex platform issues.
Become an expert in Profitero data maintenance and ecommerce platform guidance.
Validate, categorize, and clean client data across systems.
