Job summary

Profitero+ is looking to hire a Customer Support Associate to help support our growing portfolio of clients on the Profitero platform. You will assist customers with general product questions, field technical inquiries, and resolve data-related issues to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate will leverage strong Excel skills, data management ability, and clear communication to guide customers through platform challenges.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional technical support or data entry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Analytics or related field preferred; experience may be substituted.
• Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing systems.
• Strong Excel and data management skills with ability to troubleshoot data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with external clients.
• Understanding of ecommerce and marketing analytics preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Natural sense of urgency and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Zendesk queue and action tickets in a timely manner.
• Receive, synthesize, and resolve technical issues for Profitero clients.
• Work with customers to understand and resolve complex platform issues.
• Become an expert in Profitero data maintenance and ecommerce platform guidance.
• Validate, categorize, and clean client data across platforms and taxonomies.
