Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional technical support, customer success, or data-entry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, information technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Zendesk or Jira ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data management skills with ability to troubleshoot data accuracy issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Zendesk queue and action tickets promptly.
• Resolve technical issues from Profitero clients including bugs and missing data.
• Understand and resolve complex platform issues or escalate as needed.
• Guide clients on data maintenance and taxonomy within Profitero platform.
• Validate and clean client data across Profitero and client systems.
