Profitero+ is seeking a Customer Support Associate to assist a growing client portfolio with product questions, technical inquiries, and platform-related requests. The role emphasizes data handling, Excel proficiency, and clear communication with customers.

The position is hybrid based out of the Boston office, requiring onsite engagement 3-4 days per week. Local candidates only, with a focus on delivering accurate data solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional technical support, customer success, or data entry experience.
• Strong Excel and data management skills; ability to troubleshoot data accuracy problems.
• An active listener with clear, articulate verbal and written communication skills.
• Working understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Zendesk queue and action tickets promptly.
• Resolve technical issues from clients including platform data issues and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with customers to understand complex issues and escalate when needed.
• Become an expert in Profitero data maintenance and platform guidance for clients.
• Validate and clean client data, matching data points between Profitero and client software.
