Allego, a rapidly growing SaaS company in the Boston area, seeks a Contract Manager/Paralegal to balance procurement, sales acceleration, and governance. You will manage vendor agreements, ensure proper approvals, and handle DPAs, SCCs, and NDAs while supporting corporate entity maintenance and board-related tasks.

Strong in-house SaaS experience, data privacy knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years contract management/paralegal experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a SaaS/tech company.
• Balanced and flexible skill set across procurement, sales support, and corporate governance.
• Deep understanding of software subscription models, recurring revenue, data privacy regulations, and corporate governance.
• Ability to collaborate across all company departments and drive approvals.
• Strong team-oriented mindset and impact-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor management, review and redline vendor agreements, coordinate with security for approvals.
• Monitor third-party risk, collect SOC 2 reports, certificates of insurance, and security profiles.
• Review and negotiate customer SaaS service agreements and product order forms with deal desk and GC.
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and SCCs to align with privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
• Own NDA intake, customization, and swift execution for corporate/commercial NDAs.
