Superhuman is seeking a Legal Analyst to support the legal team as an early contact for sell-side commercial contracts. You will review, draft, and turn around NDAs, orders, SOWs, and MSAs, partnering with senior counsel to assess risk and learn contract review.

This role emphasizes quick turnaround, accuracy, and collaboration to enable sales and GTM teams. The position offers a dynamic hybrid work model with in-person collaboration in the San Francisco Bay Area, two days a week, to foster

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience reviewing, drafting, or administering commercial contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with NDAs, order forms, SOWs, and MSAs.
• Careful with documentation and data; organized and process-minded.
• Strong written and verbal communication; builds trust across functions.
• Applies first-principles thinking to terms and risk.
• Interest in technology and AI tools.
• Human-centered, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an early point of contact for contract requests from Sales and other teams.
• Review, draft, and help negotiate standard customer agreements (NDAs, orders, SOWs, MSAs).
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product to structure deals and answer questions.
• Ensure agreements align with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Maintain contract data in the CLM system and keep documentation audit-ready.
• Contribute to templates, playbooks, and self-service resources; help scale workflows.
• Support Legal Operations and AI-assisted contract review tools.
