Job summary

Advanced Solutions International, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Counsel to protect the organization’s legal interests and manage enterprise risk.

You will support commercial contracting, privacy, employment law, governance, and strategic initiatives in a collaborative, business‑minded environment. The role requires a J.D., active bar membership, and 4+ years of corporate legal experience, including SaaS agreements and global compliance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing.
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating SaaS agreements.
• Knowledge of privacy, cybersecurity, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, partner, SaaS, data processing, etc.).
• Develop templates, playbooks, and approval processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance with IT and HR teams.
• Guide management on employment-related matters and workplace policies.
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and board matters.
• Assist with due diligence and integration in M&A activities.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.
