Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Charlotte, NC area. You will work with treating physicians, employers, and patients to craft and implement treatment plans that return individuals to work and optimize healthcare utilization.

The role requires an RN license and 2+ years of clinical experience; URAC case management certifications are a plus. This is a full-time, hybrid position with travel to in-person appointments and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC case management certs preferred.
• Travel to in-person appointments; reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured workers to work.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor plans and services.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals based on recovery and effectiveness.
• Manage workload independently and prepare status updates for clients.
