Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Roswell, GA area to coordinate treatment plans for injured workers. This full-time, hybrid role requires travel to in-person appointments with patients and collaboration with physicians, employers, and legal representatives.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary with potential bonuses. The ideal candidate will have an RN license (active), 2+ years of clinical experience, and URAC-certified case management

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email.
• Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Travel: reliable transportation to attend in-person appointments.
• Internet: reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a treatment plan tailored to an injured/disabled person.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers, employers, and customers.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Monitor progress and adjust case goals based on recovery and effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend injured worker appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
