Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Proficient in basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with treating physicians/providers and employers.
• Assess recovery of injured/disabled workers and adjust goals as needed.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments with injured workers within geography.
• Work independently to manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Prepare status updates for submittal to customers and other duties as assigned.
