Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) in the Marietta, GA area. This full-time, hybrid role requires travel for in-person patient appointments within the assigned geography and collaboration with treating physicians, employers, and patients to implement effective treatment plans.

The position emphasizes independent case management, strong communication, and comprehensive benefits, with base pay expected in the $71k–$80k range plus bonuses, commensurate with experience and location.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• RN license active; URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN/COHN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on a treatment plan based on injuries with physicians/providers, employers, and patients.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine occupational impact.
• Collaborate with treating physicians to tailor treatment plans for individuals.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and manage assignments.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments when needed and prepare status updates for customers.
