Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in the West Palm Beach area. This full-time, hybrid role requires an active RN license and case management certifications, with travel to in-person appointments. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus after one year are offered.

You will manage case plans with physicians, employers, and patients to achieve safe, cost-effective recovery and timely return to work. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification options.
• Travel to attend in-person appointments in assigned geography is required.
• Reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured workers to work.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and employers.
• Assess recovery milestones and adjust goals as needed.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases independently.
• Attend injured worker appointments when appropriate and provide status updates.
