Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in the Orlando, FL area. This full-time hybrid role supports patients recovering from workplace injuries or auto accidents, coordinating clinical care and return-to-work plans.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2+ years of clinical practice, understands workers' compensation, and can work independently to collaborate with doctors, employers, and patients. A comprehensive benefits package and paid time off are offered.

Qualifications

• RN nurse licensed with clinical practice experience.
• Workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with teams and patients.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and resources to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases effectively.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
