Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager to support injured workers. This full-time, hybrid/field position requires local travel for in-person appointments and offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus plus a $2,500 retention bonus after 1 year.

The role partners with physicians, employers, and clients to implement effective treatment plans, ensure cost-efficient healthcare, and achieve maximum medical recovery while enabling a safe return to work.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers' compensation-related experience preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management following established standards of practice.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs. non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Assist in modifying job duties to support early return to work.
• Manage workload and prepare status updates for clients.
