Job summary

Marsh Re is seeking a talented Risk Intern to join our broking team across multiple U.S. offices, including San Francisco. This hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week and provides exposure to reinsurance broking and risk advisory.

The internship is designed as a feeder to the Risk Analyst track with mentorship and structured development. You will support account teams, conduct client and market research, and build analytical skills while participating in a training

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with expected graduation Dec 2027 or Spring 2028
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Support all account team members and contribute to strategic recommendations and problem solving for clients
• Develop a broad understanding of the insured environment and the marketplace in which Marsh Re handles transactions
• Assist the broking team with client and market research and financial analysis
• Develop competencies through a comprehensive curriculum centered around networking and collaboration
