Job summary

Marsh is seeking a skilled insurance professional for a hybrid role based in any major Marsh Risk US office. The position requires three days in the office weekly, partnering with advisory colleagues to align risk strategies with client priorities.

You will review exposures, propose tailored solutions, and help expand our client base while maintaining strong relationships and service delivery across offices and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the insurance industry, including construction/wrap-up.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• P&C license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients' priorities and risk management needs.
• Review client exposures and loss experience to develop tailored solutions.
• Assist in client presentations and propose solutions to attract new clients and projects.
