Marsh Agency in Phoenix seeks a Summer Internship student to gain real-world experience in risk, business and insurance through project work and client interaction. You’ll apply classroom concepts, build professional skills, and explore the insurance industry with mentors and a collaborative team.

This program emphasizes meaningful work, webinars, and networking to prepare you for a full-time role. A hybrid work setup and development opportunities are offered to interns.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in either a sales or customer service capacity.
• Rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student.

Responsibilities

• Support prospecting through pre-Meeting research and post-meeting summaries.
• Support strategies around and management of our prospecting CRM (Salesforce), LinkedIn, pre-call efforts.
• Support event planning and execution.
• Support partnership review process.
• Support general sales initiatives through planning, research and analysis, including: Client Retention, Lead Generation, Enhancement of the opportunity strategy session experience.
