Job summary

Marsh Re in the United States is seeking a motivated Risk Analyst to join the broking team. This entry-level role offers exposure to the reinsurance market, client communications, data analysis and the opportunity to learn the broking process end-to-end in a supportive, collaborative environment.

We expect a current Bachelor's student with strong analytical and Excel skills, capable of balancing coursework with a growing professional workload.

Qualifications

• Fully matriculated student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Good computer skills using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the firm's business and develop communications, analytical, marketing and sales skills.
• Analyze client data and create reinsurance submissions and coordinate all broking placement activities of the account.
• Assist in organizing and preparing presentations describing industry trends and client options.
• Support senior brokers with client relationship management and sales efforts with market research and financial analysis.
• Develop competencies through a curriculum centered around networking and collaboration.
• Learn all aspects of the industry and be trained for an Account Executive role.
