Job summary

Marsh is offering a Summer Intern program in Risk for the West Market, with locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. The program runs for 10 weeks starting June 2027, featuring hands-on exposure to brokers and advisors, mentorship, and a capstone presentation to leadership.

Interns will work in a hybrid model, engaging with teams across Casualty, Cyber, FINPRO, Marine, and Property practices, and may receive a full-time offer based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or related major.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching industry trends and market developments to inform discussions.
• Collaborate with brokers and team members to support client communication and coordination.
• Support day-to-day projects while gaining knowledge of insurance markets and risk management.
• Participate in team meetings, client discussions, and learning opportunities within the broking process.
• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives throughout the internship.
