Job summary

Jackson National Life Insurance Co. seeks an RIA External Consultant to grow the Independent Registered Investment Adviser channel across WA, OR (Portland), ID, MT, WY. You will meet advisers, conduct trainings, and run campaigns to expand sales while keeping clients informed of product and platform enhancements.

The role blends field and virtual engagement, requiring up to 25% travel. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in investments or related sales is expected, with FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of sales experience in investments, mutual funds, insurance, or annuities required. 5+ years preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, Series 63, State Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with VP, RIA Sales to maximize territorial sales.
• Conducts product and sales training through various formats.
• Plans and manages resource deployment, budget, and expenses for the territory.
• Fosters leads with Internal Wholesaler from referrals, campaigns, and canvassing.
• Maintains adviser profiles and sales activity data in Jackson databases.
• Uses CRM to communicate with internal partners.
• Travel up to 25% and engage with Advisors via video, phone, and email.
