Honeywell Aerospace in San Diego, CA seeks a senior engineering professional to lead RF/microwave subsystem design and project execution. You will manage schedules, budgets, and multi-functional teams, interfacing with program management and the customer to ensure requirements are met.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Expertise in RF/Microwave subsystem design and related simulation/verification techniques.
• Experience working in a project-based environment with schedule and financial management tools.
• Strong technical standards knowledge and negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the NRE budget and deliverables planning and execution for development or RDE projects.
• Coordinate with program management to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop and maintain project planning documents (IMS, I&T Plans, Resource Plans).
• Support EAC and cost/schedule baseline reporting; assist with baseline change requests.
