Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering experience with leadership of design and development projects.
• Expertise RF/Microwave subsystem design; related simulation/modeling and verification techniques.
• Hands-on leadership within a project-based environment using project tools.

Responsabilités

• Leads shaping, planning, and execution of work against budget and deliverables for development or RDE projects.
• Adheres to schedule and budget; coordinates with program management.
• Executes engineering development, design, prototype build, test; allocates resources via functional leads.
• Develops estimates to complete; manages scope, risk, and earned value.
• Manages Integrated Master Schedules, risk matrices, and baseline change reports.
• Interfaces with customer and program management to meet requirements and deliverables.
