Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in San Jose, CA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer for RF/microwave subsystems to support fabrication and continuous improvement. You will work with production teams, interface with suppliers, and lead NPI efforts to ensure quality and efficiency.

BS in a technical field and 2+ years of RF/microwave experience are required, along with the ability to obtain security clearance. Standard M-F schedule and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• 2+ years of RF/microwave manufacturing engineering experience.
• US Person & ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hands-on resolution of technical issues affecting yield or throughput.
• Interface with suppliers, analyze field return failures, and apply root-cause problem solving.
• Drive continuous product improvement projects.
• Project lead new product introduction teams.
• Maintain daily communication with production teams and address technical issues.
• Participate in customer visits and teleconferences.
• Develop and maintain documentation.
