Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a senior engineering leader to steer complex development programs, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment. You will work with Responsible Engineer to translate requirements into hardware and software solutions, while managing IPTs and interfaces with customer and management teams.

The role emphasizes RF/microwave subsystem design, project leadership, and adherence to DoD/aviation standards, with a strong focus on performance and cost control across defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 6+ years of engineering experience with leadership on design/development projects.
• Expertise RF/Microwave subsystem design with verification techniques.
• Hands‑on leadership in a project-based environment using scheduling and cost tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead shaping, planning and execution of work against the NRE budget and deliverables.
• Collaborate with program management to meet schedule and budget on development projects.
• Direct engineering development, prototype build, test, and resource allocation.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules, Test Plans, and risk/opportunity matrices.
