Job summary

SewerAI Corporation in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to own Salesforce administration, data quality, and GTM analytics. You will build reports, automate workflows, and support leadership with timely insights.

The role blends data manipulation, tooling management, and proactive process improvements across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. Hybrid work with in-person days at Walnut Creek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or GTM analytics (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Time management to prioritize roadmap projects while balancing ad-hoc requests.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: formula fields, validation rules, flows, reports/dashboards.
• Spreadsheet modeling: lookups, pivots, multi-step models you can defend.
• Proficiency with AI tools and prompting.
• Understanding of data structure and foundations.
• Clear written and verbal communication with AEs, SDRs, and sales leaders.
• Comfort with ambiguity—processes still being built.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce: fields, automations, security, layouts.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Sweep.io automations and lead routing logic.
• Support GTM tooling management and implementation (Outreach, Sybill, etc.).
• Collaborate on data hygiene for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities.
• Build/report on pipeline, conversion, ASP/mix, velocity, quota attainment.
• Support weekly leadership cadence and async digests.
• Ad hoc analyses for sales leadership and cohort ramp analysis.
