Job summary

Verizon is seeking a seasoned AI systems engineer to design, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions that streamline GTM workflows within the sales and marketing stack. You will build agentic workflows and RAG systems using Foundation Models, shaping outputs that drive revenue and adoption.

You’ll implement production-grade AI orchestration, integrate with CRM platforms, and prototype rapidly with AI tooling to deliver full-stack MVPs in days. Hybrid role with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in AI, data, or GTM domains.
• Strong proficiency in Python/TypeScript and building web services or integrating complex APIs.
• Solid understanding of the LLM stack and orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph, Strands Agents, CrewAI).
• Knowledge of AI concepts: Prompt Engineering, few-shot learning, and RAG.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD processes.
• Product-oriented and revenue-focused mindset for live sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize Generative AI solutions that reduce GTM friction.
• Build agentic workflows and RAG systems to enable sales and marketing teams.
• Create and refine LLM-powered features and autonomous agents for revenue.
• Design RAG pipelines connecting proprietary data with large language models.
• Integrate AI workflows with Salesforce, Gong, and other CRM tools.
• Develop production-grade AI orchestration infrastructure and tooling.
