Job summary

Nexthink, the leader in Digital Employee Experience, is seeking an energetic Revenue Chief of Staff to partner with the CRO and CCO and drive GTM operations in a fast-growing US team.

You will manage strategic initiatives, coordinate weekly leadership meetings, track OKRs, and ensure alignment across Sales, Rev Ops, and finance while maintaining a proactive, analytical approach in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Business Support, Chief of Staff, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong program management and understanding of sales dynamics.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Ability to drive initiatives with minimal structure and remote teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced tech environments and change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CRO, CCO and sales leadership to drive GTM initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly and monthly sales leadership meetings with Rev Ops support.
• Ensure reporting accountability for results across the sales organization.
• Lead and synthesize internal meetings, business reviews, and all-hands.
• Support CRO/CCO with strategic initiatives and decision making.
• Help implement key operational processes across GTM and align with OKRs.
• Plan and track quarterly OKRs, check-ins, and review meetings.
