• Minimum of 4 years experience in Revenue Management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Expertise in STR, Agency 360, Demand 360, OTA Insights.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Establish hotel pricing levels in all segments and room types.
• Manage daily inventory and pricing processes.
• Monitor competitor rates and market demand.
• Forecast, budgets and RevPAR performance against plan.
• Lead weekly Revenue Strategy meetings.
• Maintain CRS, RMS, PMS, and Sales & Catering systems.
