Job summary

The Historic Candler Hotel, part of Highgate Hotels, seeks an analytical Director of Revenue Management to maximize RevPAR through pricing, forecasting, and channel strategies. You will lead the revenue team, coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations, and own short- and long-term revenue plans.

Responsibilities include pricing optimization, inventory control, market analysis, and staff development in a hybrid work environment within downtown Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the Revenue Management field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of industry reports such as STR, Agency 360, Demand 360 and OTA Insights.

Responsibilities

• Establish hotel pricing levels across segments and room types.
• Manage daily inventory and pricing processes.
• Monitor competitor rates and market dynamics to inform actions.
• Develop short- and long-term revenue forecasts (weekly to yearly).
• Lead Revenue Strategy meetings and present findings to ownership.
