Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Revenue Strategy to manage pricing, positioning, inventory, forecasting and demand analysis across a hotel portfolio.

The role involves partnering with sales, digital marketing and ownership groups, while maintaining hands-on responsibility for one hotel’s revenue strategy and system management. Leadership of analysts and cross-functional initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-property revenue management and strategic leadership.
• Strong Marriott system knowledge; Hyatt is a plus but Marriott is priority.
• Ability to influence ownership and lead strategic conversations.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings to optimize segment and channel performance.
• Partner with senior commercial leadership to execute pricing, positioning, forecasting and inventory strategies.
• Own revenue management for one assigned hotel and drive topline performance.
• Lead weekly sessions with Analysts and Area Directors to drive performance and development.
• Direct quarterly portfolio reviews with sales and property leadership to align strategy.
• Provide regular analysis of revenue, market share and demand trends with actionable insights.
• Lead pre-opening commercial readiness and support owner presentations.
