Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years in a similar analyst role (sales ops, revenue ops, or related).
• Hands-on with a modern BI/analytics platform; Sigma preferred; Power BI/Tableau/Looker acceptable.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM with pipeline/revenue metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high data accuracy; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pipeline, sales activity, and revenue data in Salesforce to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards in Sigma Computing for sales leaders and reps.
• Partner with Data Science on metric definitions, data quality, and requests; flag Salesforce hygiene issues.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and executive reporting; improve reporting processes.
