Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimize our sales strategy through data-driven insights, process improvements, and technology enablement.

Within the Revenue Operations team, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that drive performance and business growth. The role requires strong Excel and BI tool experience and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or comparable analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with Excel and BI tools to analyze data and create reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and enter data for sales reporting and analytics.
• Prepare recurring reports and supporting documentation.
• Update dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for accuracy.
• Assist forecasting, territory planning, and target-setting data.
• Review data for errors and escalate issues.
• Support analysis of sales performance, pipeline, and customer trends.
• Document processes and reporting requirements for sales tools.
• Participate in testing and training under guidance.
