Odyssey Logistics is seeking a Logistics Account Specialist in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role focuses on managing day-to-day client relationships, coordinating shipments, securing carrier coverage, and supporting service delivery within Odyssey’s transportation management systems and client ERP when needed.

Ideal candidates will have a strong logistics background, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to work weekends and after hours as needed. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in logistics/transportation.
• Familiarity with logistics documentation and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational relationship with EMS clients.
• Proactively manage shipments and carrier coverage.
• Use Odyssey systems and client ERP for shipment tracking.
• Investigate and resolve shipment exceptions and delays.
• Escalate and communicate service issues with clients and carriers.
• Assist in training team members and maintaining records.
